Time - The Great Equalizer

Trudi L. White
Your Next Action Coach

It's been said that time is the great equalizer. We are all given 24 hours in each day. I know that for me sometimes that 224 can feel like 4 hours and sometimes it can feel like 400 hours.

We get to choose how spend those hours. True we get ourselves into situations where it feels as if someone or something outside of ourselves controls how we spend our time.

But living in a free society, no matter how trapped we feel, we can all find some time to call our own. And that's the time we use to plan out our freedom.

So the paradox is that in order to get to time freedom, we have to commit our time. Commit our time to examining our lives, deciding what we want, setting goals and taking the Next Action towards those goals.

That require a degree of time management. I am a firm believer that trying to control time is a waste of it. Instead we can only control ourselves within time.
